Maple Syrup

Funny to think that seven years ago we were hitting sugar shacks throughout the area for maple syrup and we have maple trees on our property that produce a very rich tasting syrup when processed. I think this is our fourth year of boiling and we hit our highest yield yet: 4 gallons. We put out six taps this year on four trees and collected for two weeks. I'll post later on our setup (I think I have pictures that I should dig up and use).
